Sunday June 21st, starting from6pm, we welcome thewelcome to summer with a large and tastyseafood aperitif created in collaboration with the chef of ourBottega Davide Taurino who will prepare various dishes based on fish, shellfish and seafood for the occasion!
For the occasion you can taste the following courses:
- Salmon carpaccio in panzanella, oyster , seafood couscous and fried octopus;
- Bruschetta with marinated anchovies and burrata, prawns in kataifi and orange mayonnaise;
