Non possiamo svelarvelo… Ma vi assicuriamo che, grazie a questa tradizionale preparazione, che li rende più sfogliati e fragranti, conservando il giusto tasso di umidità, ne rimarrete conquistati.

For the sleepiest and most in need of cuddles, soft donuts, tarts and tarts with Bronte pistachio cream and white chocolate, or ricotta and sour cherries, cream and black cherry and many other tasty fillings, the classic cream puffs that "one leads to another", meringues with strawberry and red fruit jam, pasticciotti, the typical Maritozzi with cream, large and small, together with all the timeless delicacies of Roman and Lazio pastry making, worked in our laboratory as tradition dictates.

De Santis Santa Croce is a place of the heart, where you can delight the palate and pamper the soul. To sweeten the good morning of guests who are more attentive to the balance between taste and well-being, there are also croissants and sweet mignons made from wholemeal flour, croissants with spelled flour and some vegan options.
To complete your fill of taste and energy, mixes of the best fruit and vegetables arrive, with our toning, purifying, antioxidant and energizing juice extracts.

If, however, your good morning cannot help but smell of intense aroma of coffee beans or whitened with soft milk foam, the offer of our café will capture all your senses. Ours is a fine wood-fired coffee roasted since 1900, also offered in pistachio and almond variants, or in the 'Nocciolino' version, with soft whipped cream, grains and hazelnut base. Must try, our creamy cappuccino, also prepared with soy milk.
