All products are made by our artisan workshop which starts churning out its creations at dawn to ensure everyone, even those who have to set the alarm too early, the warmth and goodness of a freshly baked croissant.

The shutters of our restaurant go up very early, around 5.15am, but our laboratory is operational even before that! The sweet scents of croissants, Maritozzi, mignons and tarts can be smelled all along the street and reach the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme.
