- thePizza Easter (or Cheese cake), savory cake inevitable in the Easter breakfast of Central Italy: with provolone, gruyere, pecorino romano, parmesan, pepper eggs, to accompany the best cured meats or eggs to start the celebrations with taste and lots of genuine conviviality.
- our excellent Artisan Casatiello, prepared according to an ancient recipe and with a long leavening (6-8 hours) which allows it to maintain fragrance and freshness for longer. The cured meats chosen for the filling of our Casatiello come fromselected companies in the Lazio region, including Norcia. In addition to parmesan, we use one of the few Roman pecorino cheeses still produced in Lazio, of superior quality.

For the most special momentsdolci:
- thePastiera, a typical sweet from Campania, which has crossed regional and national borders to become one of the Easter desserts par excellence.
- The Easter Rose or Rose Cake, a typical dessert of the central Italian tradition, much loved by our grandmothers and great-grandmothers which is, unfortunately, being lost in our memory. We have decided to propose it again in our artisanal Easter line as atribute to the confectionery tradition of our territory and to the memories of our childhood. The cake appears on the outside like a bouquet of flowers, thanks to the special processing of the dough and, during cooking, to the different shades of color that the icing takes on surface. Its preparation is long and complex, which is why it is unfortunately falling into disuse: at least three doughs,long resting times and a finalleavening for at least 12 hours. But it is precisely its complex processing that makes the consistency of this dessert soft, fresh and tasty: a delight for the eyes and the palate!
