Easter Colomba
TheEaster dessert par excellence, was born, according to legend, around the middle of the 6th century, when the Lombard King Alboin, during his siege of Pavia received a cake in the shape of a dove as a sign of peace. The dove, in fact, has always been a symbol of peace and therefore perfect for Easter.
Making anEaster Dove is challenging, as eachgreat leavened product needs its own time and natural leavening, precisely the one we have been making in our artisan laboratory for many years.

Our pastieras are made during the Easter holidays and, upon request, all year round! We useresearched ingredients and raw materials atkm 0 such as sheep's ricotta DOP produced in a Lazio dairy. Our beloved shortcrust pastry and the wheat processed directly in our laboratory and used whole, as an original recipe, cannot be missing command. We use direttamente nel nostro laboratorio e utilizzato intero, come ricetta originale comanda. Utilizziamo Sicilian orange flowers to give a unique and unrepeatable scent.

Questa meravigliosa torta, oltre che essere soffice e morbida, grazie alle very long hours of leavening, it is also beautiful and romantic to look at. In fact, the exterior looks like abouquet of flowers, specifically roses, which, thanks to the cooking phase, acquire a pleasant golden colour.
