Tradizionalmente la torta Millefoglie cake is made up of three layers of puff pastry, which alternate with two layers of custard. We also make it withChantilly cream, strawberries and chocolate chips or withcocoa cream and red fruits… to make this great classic even tastier!

Il Mont Blanc is a spoon dessert of French origin made with chestnut puree, whipped cream and cocoa powder, whose shape resembles that of a snow covered mountain. As you can see we make it to perfection,also in a mignon version!
Semifreddo and Mousse|| |197
Qui possiamo giocare con colori e sapori! Abbiamo realizzato semifreddos andmousses on crunchy bases with mint and coconut icings, three chocolates and zabaglione , pistachio, raspberry and mango. You can create real customized birthday cakes, choosing your favorite flavours.
Sacher revisited
The cakeSacher is made up of two layers of light chocolate sponge cake with a thin layer of apricot jam in the centre. Everything is covered with a layer of dark chocolate icing. The original recipe called for 18 egg whites and 14 egg yolks! This delight is served at a temperature between 4 and 8 degrees, traditionally accompanied with non-sweet whipped cream and a cup of coffee or tea.
We make it in aversion special: instead of sponge cake, a semifreddo with jam in the center and an inviting chocolate covering!

Ovviamente non possiamo dimenticarci di tutto quel repertorio di torte classiche che hanno da sempre fatto parte della nostra tradizione, come i profiterol (we also make them with zabaglione and pistachio filling !), the cake with shortcrust pastry,chantilly cream and wild strawberries and the evergreen of birthdays: the mimosa cake!
